Getting there
Flying
The closest option is Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH), located just a few miles northeast of downtown. It's served by Delta and United, with direct connections to larger hubs. It's a small, easy airport.
If you're coming from a major city and can't find a direct flight to Ithaca, Syracuse (SYR) is about 61 miles away and Rochester (ROC) is about 95 miles. Both are manageable drives and often have more flight options. From either airport, renting a car is your easiest bet.
Driving
Ithaca is a scenic drive from most of the Northeast. It's about 4–5 hours from New York City, roughly 5 hours from Philadelphia, and around 5 hours from Boston. October in the Finger Lakes is absolutely gorgeous, so the drive is worth it!
Getting Around
Once you're here, Uber and Lyft are available in Ithaca. Argos Inn is right downtown, so most hotels are within easy walking distance or a short ride away.
